My debit card ending in **** was charged on June **, **** for the amount of $**.**. I received the device and it was non-functional from Unlimited*GLTE. I returned the device and they received it June **, ****. I never got the refund. I called and emailed with no answer back to me. It's now August *, **** and still nothing. This is ridiculous. Your policy says it takes up to ** business days to process a refund. My bank is a federal credit union and they do not take long to process anything. It has now been over ** days and nothing back. What is going on!?
