log into my account ... To whom it may concern,*My name is Woodrow Blackwell, CEO of Ark Ange Entertainment, LLC *I cannot get into my account. When logging in it states that I have to reset my password. But I can't reset it due to account information changes. It has an email that is no longer working. I lost my hosting and domain name which is what the email address is based on. So if an email is sent, I will never receive it. I cannot get into my account to update it's information and your customer service numbers are of no help. I cannot speak to a live person due to your company's phone system.***my login information is as followed...*******@***.com *** email no longer working*Bizness*** is the password **I need this email address (*****@***.com) to replace the current.**I emailed support at *****@***.com, and received a autoreply email stating "We aren’t able to respond to emails sent to this address.*For instant answers to frequently asked questions, and to contact us, please visit the Square Support Center." **Between your phone numbers and email contact information, all it does is send a person in circles and NOTHING gets resolved. This is horrible!!!!
The email associated with the account no longer exist, and you cannot get to a live person on the phone without a customer code. And to get the customer code you have to be able to get into your account. So if you can't get into your account, nothing gets resolved.
