I attempted to process a card twice. It said declined on my end but charged the clients card two times. How do I refund his money to him and how do I get the transaction to go through on my end. The client sent me a copy of his debit card statement for proof that his card was charged
GetHuman-aaultima did not yet indicate what Square should do to make this right.
