He has been paid for all services rendered and then some. He cannot double charge for the same service and material. You cannot make up ficticious invoices for services and hours without a written contract detailing what the client is responsible for and waht he is responsible for. He cannot just award himself $$ without authorization when he was only given permission to purchase material and supplies on these cards.
All fraudulant charges reversed fromCompass Constructiona and Restoration made on June *, **** and any further charges from this company.
Prompt payments were made through Zelle, Venmo, and Bill Pay for all labor. His last labor payment was made on Invoice to Go and we did use a credit card, but not those referenced here.
Wrote Michael an email to return all unearned money before filing criminal charges.
