On ********, I paid a $***.** deposit to Ki’ere Jackson of Atlanta Moving Hero’s for my move date of May **th at *:** am. On the **th I made repeated calls and text with no reply. My husbands call was returned and he was told by Mr. Jackson that his driver was running late but they were still coming. The person that referred this company contacted Mr. Jackson to find out what the problem was, that they never showed up. He said he didn’t know the job was not done. He called me to apologize and said that he would refund the $***.** that I paid that was *********. I called him today to let him know I was still waiting on the payment. I would like to file a dispute to receive my money back from a service that was never done. The payment was made through CashApp
I trust that Square will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
