I am facing numerous issues with my Monster Speedcross2 Day One Edition game. The inner ring for the races and progression has malfunctioned, causing all races to be in reverse and making progression impossible. Additionally, there are black particles littering the track and air, further complicating the gameplay. The damage to the inner ring has set me back two weeks in Seattle, hindering my ability to complete certain laps, like the one for Daniel Stoner. I urge the developers to address this problem promptly. If unable to resolve the issue, kindly provide me with instructions for receiving a replacement without the faulty edition. I created my Square Enix ID account, layzie03, back in [redacted]. About two years ago, I updated the email associated with the account but now I can't remember which email I used. I pre-ordered Shadowbringers, but when I tried to add it to my account, it flagged suspicious activity and prompted me to reset my password through email. Unfortunately, I'm unable to recall the specific email address I used. I've searched through my old emails without success. Can you provide me with the email address or a hint of it to jog my memory? Having that information will help me identify which email to access. I can confirm other details to prove ownership of the account.

I've been attempting to purchase ShadowBringers for a week. My account got messed up, leading to it being suspended for 6 days. One representative was rude and questioned what I had done to cause the lock. I explained that I have been trying relentlessly to make a purchase for a week. I believe I should receive compensation for the time wasted and frustration caused by the issues on their site. I shouldn't have to endure such stress and panic over potentially losing my account.

My email account is currently restricted, and I'm unable to recover it because I need to provide examples of recently sent emails, which I don't have since the last one I remember sending was in September [redacted]. Additionally, my Square Enix account has been restricted, and I cannot receive their email notifications because my Hotmail account is also restricted. I'm eager to reach out to Square Enix, but I can't do so without access to my email account or being able to request a new email, both of which are currently restricted.

I am attempting to reset my password using the email associated with my account, [redacted] However, after receiving the reset password link and following the instructions, I am informed that the one-time code, token number, and answer provided are incorrect. Additionally, upon emailing for assistance, I was informed that the email is not linked to the account in question. Strangely, I successfully reset my password the previous night without any complications, but the following day I encountered login issues. It appears that the reset email is being sent to the same address used for the reset process. I am uncertain about the cause of this confusion.

I would like to discuss a potential idea with Square Enix that could generate significant revenue. There is a game that appears to have copied extensively from one of theirs, potentially leading to a successful lawsuit. I believe that if we collaborate, we can pursue legal action and claim a portion of the recovered funds. I am prepared to share all relevant information once we have reached an agreement.

I would like to submit a character idea for Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun anime. Her name is Yugi Yumeno, a cousin of Hanako-kun. Yugi has white skin, red eyes similar to Yashiro Nene, brown hair with a red-tipped end in 2 ponytails like Celestia Ludenberg. She wears a white and pink kimono, representing kindness and calmness. Yugi is a secret member of the 7 Mysteries with the ability to grant wishes to humans, supernaturals, animals, and plants. Her territory is located at the rooftop corner, accessed by saying "Haruka Yumeno [redacted]" to open a secret library. Unlike the 4pm Bookstack, her library contains information about everyone, not just Kamome Academy students. Yugi wields a staff, her ghost is named Haruka, and she tragically died in a car accident at 15 years old. Please consider adding her to Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun.

I purchased the FFXIV CE game once for PS4 under my PlayStation Network ID akashha77 (email: [redacted]). Everything was fine, but later I bought the game again for my Steam account. When I log in to the launcher, it says I don't have the license. My cousin bought the game with me, and he's having the same issue with Steam. I purchased FINAL FANTASY® VII REMAKE - 1ST CLASS EDITION a year ago. After updating my payment method by the given deadline, my order was verified, and the money was deducted from my account. However, when I check my account on the website, it doesn't show my order, and I haven't received my package yet. I have been eagerly waiting for this game, and I just want confirmation that it's on its way or if there are any issues. I recently bought FFXIV Online + the latest expansion on Steam for gaming with friends. After setting up my Square Enix account and activating the game, I encountered error i2501 when trying to purchase a character level boost. Despite my attempts with various browsers, clearing caches, changing connections, and contacting support, I received a generic reply suggesting possible triggers for the error and provided troubleshooting steps. I followed all suggestions, like clearing caches, switching browsers, and even resetting my router, but none worked. I also reached out again but have not received any further assistance. At present, none of my payment methods are working, and I suspect my account might be frozen on Square Enix's side. If this issue persists, I may not renew my subscription due to the wasted time and lack of support.

I am having trouble logging into FFXIV as it says my ID or password is incorrect. I tried to reset the password using the "forgot password" option, but the email with the reset code claims the email I provided is not linked to my account. I tried another email, only to face the same issue, which is strange because I only have these two email accounts. I tried contacting support via email, but I heard their response might take weeks and might not be helpful. When I called, the automated message said they were closed for the holiday for the past three days. I need help recovering my FFXIV account access and updating the associated email, password, and ID if possible.

I purchased my Marvel game and received a beta code. I connected my Epic Games and Square Enix accounts, and successfully finished the three harm challenges. After receiving an email congratulating me on completing the beta and promising the Hulk Smasher pickaxes, I logged into Fortnite to claim the reward. Unfortunately, nothing appeared in my account, even though I had linked the accounts. My Epic Games username is raqeebspidey1234. I have waited for two days, assuming it might be a system delay.

I am experiencing issues accessing my Final Fantasy XIV online: A Realm Reborn account. A while back, I stopped playing the game for two years. Now, when I tried to log in again, it requested the Square Enix token, which was on my old phone. I attempted to set up the token on my new phone, but it was unsuccessful. To resolve this, I need to remove the token usage, which requires a special password that did not exist when I initially stopped playing. Currently, I only have my regular password for the Square Enix account. I urgently need assistance to disable the Square Enix token, allowing me to access my Final Fantasy account with just my usual password and resume playing without losing my progress. I encountered an issue while playing Avengers during the final mission. The cutscenes were all messed up, particularly in the cutscene where the Quinn jet is flying to the city. The buildings were just outlined instead of being fully rendered. I paused the game and returned to the main menu, then tried to reload the game but it wouldn't load. I waited for hours, restarted both the game and console, and even uninstalled and reinstalled the game today, but it's still not working. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I'm experiencing frequent disconnection problems specifically while playing FF14. I have already troubleshooted my internet connection thoroughly and confirmed with my provider that everything seems to be working correctly, even better than expected. I use an ethernet cable and have disabled my WLAN, which temporarily resolved the issue but it keeps happening (my IP is 46.5.18.[redacted]). The disconnections occur randomly during gameplay, such as in trials, dungeons, or even when idle, and it's becoming quite frustrating. I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

I'm having trouble logging into my Square Enix account to generate a one-time password for Final Fantasy XIV. This is my first time playing the game. I can log into the main website, but when I input my password on the Square Enix Account Management page, it doesn't work. I tried resetting my password by clicking the reset button, received the email, clicked the link, but it just takes me back to the same page. I'm certain about my password, and I've even tried copying and pasting it.

Hello, Regarding my previous inquiry about order [redacted]2, I noticed that the item "Vivi" is now in stock on your store. I have been waiting for this item for a while, so I hope you can include it in my shipment. I bought the Final Fantasy starter pack and activated the game. However, the game required a separate account, so I provided the necessary information but encountered an error when trying to register my email address.
