I had to have a payment resent to my cash app because cash app sent the payment back the first time. I went in and requested that my employer resend the payment. I received an email from my employer this morning that the payment has been sent and to confirm that it has. I also received an email from cash app that the payment was received. I had to download the app on a friends phone because I don't have mine and it won't let me access my account. It asked me if this was a new account or if I wanted to add an account. I chose the new account thinking since my account is new then that is what they meant. Well, now I can't access my account because everytime I try, it sends me the code and when I put the code in, it tries to get me to add a bank card and when I hit skip, it tries to get me to make a cash tag. I can't back out, I can't get an option for help, nothing. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it goes right back to the same thing. I am trying online and it is doing the same thing. The email that I got from cash app said that the payment was received and didn't tell me this time to go and accept it, so can I let my employer know that the payment has been received and when I get my card, will the payment be on there? Also, how do I access my account again and quit having to deal with these ridiculous issues?
