You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-pboone's own words
On ******* *** dollars is being stolen from my visa debit card on file. My bank has a listing that money is pending to be transferred to a Karen. There is no record of a Karen. I have never transferred any money to Karen. It is the means that Tye sends me money that is owed. If you look into my account you will note I have never sent any money. This erroneous transaction has caused my account to become negative and I have incurred charges. I want my money put back into my account immediately. I want the charges I am incurring to be paid by your company.

How GetHuman-pboone fixed the problem
First I wrote * emails to customer service before i got a response. The response basically stated they were sorry for someone getting access and trying to get *** dollars from my account. Have my bank dispute it and then they would go from there. I sent another email stating why do I need my bank to dispute it if u can see from my account i never requested or ever sent any money through the app. Again same unhelpful response from the agent that responded first. So I used that same email and replied. I attached pics of my account showing I never did a transaction. I stated I felt this was horrible service, they did not care that either they made an error or someone gained access to my account and I wanted a supervisor or manager to call me back. I also stated I would attach my police report and let them know a transaction they had the power to stop, that they chose to allow to go through. A supervisor responded within * hours and let me know she stopped the transaction. She attached a letter for my bank so they could release my funds right away and she apologized and said they do care and I was correct I should not have to wait. I am not sure if it’s the agents reading from a script with same responses but I would suggest asking for management. I hope everyone have good luck and delete your info and that app from all your devices after it is resolved.
