I got an email saying that I have a negative balance on the cash app card. There is no overdraft on this card. I had at least a couple of dollars left. I keep get emails saying that the message not delivered, truncated. I cant get no return email from anyone in customer because by emails are not being accepted about my negative balance complaint. I have not ever had an issue with this before. Now I keep getting emails saying negative balance which is not true. How! Why am I not able to email cash app help support and whatever else it tells me to do. There is not even a transaction to show where the negative balance came from. I really need to speak with a live person. My emails are not going through at all. I hope that I am not getting fraud.
