I got a refund from a company that charged me twice. They sent the payment seven days ago. Cash app deleted the first payment from my transaction history but has not refunded my account. I took pictures of both charges but now there is only one. There is no way to contact support from the app at all, merely a litany of unrelated support questions leading to a single option of "this solved my issue" Well this did not solve my issue. I want my money back and there's no phone number to reach someone to resolve this issue. I have to say that this is exceptionally dissapointing for a money transmission business to conduct its affairs this way.
