My cash card information has been stolen and the individual with my information has made TWO online purchases with Home Depot in the past two days. It has put my account into a negative balance. I have been sending support emails several times a day, and no response. *I want the last two transactions in my history refunded to me immediately. I did not make these purchases. I thought Cash App was the safest way to shop online, since you aren't able to spend more than what you had available in your balance, but I guess that's only true for legitimate users, because whomever has stolen my information has made purchases that have exceeded my balance. I've recommended this app to so many of my friends and acquaintances, assuring them that it's the safest way to shop online. Evidently, that's not true, because if I had never downloaded the app and used my bank card for online purchases, my funds would have already been returned by simply making one phone call. But no, here I am, sending my SEVENTH email to support.

Go to FB and contact Square. After * days, * total emails I sent them to resolve the issue. I decided to go to FB. I sent a message to Square, the mother company. They contacted the Cash App customer service with my complaints and issue. Cash App sent me an email within the hour, letting me know that Home Depot did in fact double charge me, and replenished my balance*refunded the money taken.
