On August 30th at 12:07 p.m., I received a notification that my debit card pin was changed. Shortly after, my app was unlinked from my phone number. I had $[redacted] on my card, but now some money is missing, and I am unable to access my account. I immediately called the phone number on the back of my card and have been emailing Square and Cash App multiple times daily, but have not received a response yet. My phone number is [redacted], my Cash Tag is $advancedelectric, my email is [redacted], and my debit card number is 4[redacted] 8[redacted]. I urgently need my money returned. It is crucial someone addresses this issue promptly.

I sent $35 to a friend using Cash App and was unexpectedly charged an extra $35. When I contacted Cash App's customer service, I was advised to buy a $50 Google Play card, followed by another for $[redacted], and then one more for $[redacted]. Despite explaining I couldn't afford the last one, the representative questioned me for around 5 minutes. Upon requesting to speak to a manager, I was assured I'd receive the funds in 30 to 45 minutes, but nothing arrived after an hour. Subsequent calls to customer service led to rude conduct and being hung up on. In the end, I was informed I wouldn't get the money back. As a loyal customer, I am dissatisfied and request a refund from Cash App.

I am disappointed with the customer service experience I had on August 28th. A payment of $[redacted] was mistakenly sent to my old deactivated account. Despite the money being received, I am unable to cash out due to the deactivated account. I have reached out countless times via email and phone but have not received any assistance. There seems to be suspicious activity on my old account, with an unknown account set up in my name. I urgently need to access my funds and resolve this issue. The automated responses I receive do not address my concerns directly. I am concerned about the security of my compromised account. Unfortunately, I did not receive these funds due to my account being blocked after a potential breach. I was informed of this yesterday, after spending the entire day seeking assistance. Regrettably, there seems to be no customer service phone number available. It appears that the perpetrator altered my account details, indicating another security threat. Despite this, I am determined to close the account and recover my funds. Since the hacker changed the email address and password, I no longer have access. I have a friend who tried to send me a payment multiple times, but it failed each time. The email and notification I received stated that the payment failed for security reasons, and the sender was given further details. However, my friend only received the same notification without any additional information. Yesterday, I did receive the payment without any problems. I am in urgent need of the payment today and would appreciate any assistance you could provide. I have been trying to find a way to contact Square Cash but have been unsuccessful. I was charged twice on Cash App when sending $[redacted] to Cierra Bishop. I canceled one transaction, as advised by the app, but the $[redacted] was not refunded to my bank account after 7 days. When I tried to call Cash App Customer Support on August 21, [redacted], I found out there was no official phone number. I called a number I found online and inadvertently spoke with a scammer who took $[redacted] from my account. My bank detected the fraud and refunded most of the stolen money, but I am still missing $99. I have all the necessary documents and timestamps related to the scammer's transactions. My bank redirected me to contact you directly to resolve the two transactions to "Germia Malone" that were not refunded. I am hoping for your assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.

Cash App Review I had $[redacted] deducted from my bank account on July 30, [redacted], due to a dispute my friend Alex Barajas allegedly filed. However, I have proof that on June 6, [redacted], Alex sent me $[redacted] which I returned the same day. Despite this, the $[redacted] was still removed from my account on July 30th. Alex also confirmed that he did not receive the money back. I possess screenshots of both transactions and am prepared to provide them if necessary. I can offer both my Cash App history and bank statements for verification.

On September 12, [redacted], I made a payment of $82.00 using my Cash App account, which was successful. Subsequently, a person claiming to be a Cash App representative (John Carter at [redacted]) advised me to refresh my Cash App account multiple times as it was showing a failed transaction, resulting in $[redacted].00 being mistakenly deducted from my account. John instructed me to buy a $[redacted].00 Google Play card with the promise that the money would be transferred to it. After providing the card details, the funds were not transferred, and I was asked to purchase another card. I am simply seeking a refund of the $[redacted].00. My contact number is [redacted].

I'm having an issue adding cash to my cash card. It's frustrating that I haven't been able to do this since getting the card. While the card is supported for transactions, I can't add cash to it. Surprisingly, I can send and receive funds most of the time. When I recently tried to send money to a friend, it was canceled twice "for my protection," even though I've transacted with that person before. What baffles me is that I could successfully add cash using my boyfriend's card, but not my own supported debit card. I want to resolve this problem because without it, the card is just taking up space in my wallet, essentially worthless.

I sent two payments to Mr. Kazi on 9/13/[redacted] at 3:32 PM EST with the following Identifier codes: #56NBJYY and #5WNBMEY. These payments were for rent as per our agreement. After sending the money and receiving a thank you from Mr. Kazi, the $[redacted] payment was reversed by PayPal at 8:26 PM EST. I am concerned about being able to pay my bills if this is not resolved. I am looking for any assistance in identifying Mr. Kazi to prevent him from scamming others. Any records you can provide based on the phone number, bank account, or other information associated with the transaction would be helpful. I am experiencing issues with two transactions on Cash App. One transaction was for $[redacted] to Destiny Robert, and the other was for $[redacted] to Foster Jacob. Unfortunately, neither recipient received the money, as someone pretending to be Cash App asked for my PIN number and claimed I needed to change it with them. They made transfers to someone named Rita Rita Dance Dance. I am now missing $[redacted] and $[redacted], totaling $[redacted]. I have already contacted my bank, and they mentioned that Cash App needs to reverse the transactions. This situation has left me very dissatisfied, and I am considering closing my Cash App account. I have tried reaching out multiple times via email and even spoke to someone named Jessica from Cash App, but no resolution has been provided. I am hoping Cash App can rectify this issue promptly.

Cash App has caused me multiple issues with my money. Initially, they failed to deliver the money I sent, leading to the recipient filing a bank complaint. Then, without reason, Cash App made my account negative for the amount I already sent. Despite having proof in my bank and Cash App statements, they did not resolve this. After a year of not using the app, they randomly deducted almost $[redacted] from my account. I contacted my bank to file a complaint after the transaction posts. The lack of real customer service is frustrating. I resorted to using Google Pay instead. Cash App's lack of support and the difficulties in recovering money are troubling. I hope to have my money returned promptly, either by Cash App or through my bank's intervention.

My girlfriend used my debit card to pay our kids' daycare fee of $[redacted] through the daycare's Cash App account. I attempted to withdraw the remaining balance from my card, but found out the $[redacted] balance was also sent to the same daycare Cash App account. After speaking to three Cash App customer service representatives and confirming with the daycare, we expected only $[redacted] to be refunded. However, only $59 was deposited back, leaving a total of $[redacted] pending in my account. I urgently need the correct refund amount returned to my account immediately.

I was using my Square Cash app to check my funds when it froze, with the spinning circle appearing. After waiting a couple of minutes, the app remained unresponsive. Hours later, I attempted to log back in but encountered the same issue. Finally, after about ten minutes, the app worked again. When I pressed the $[redacted] button to view my balance, I noticed my money vanishing. Despite sending around 20 complaints to customer support over the last two weeks, I have yet to receive a response. It is crucial that I get my money back as soon as possible since I rely on disability benefits.

I had to contact Cash App customer service at 1[redacted] and spoke to a representative named Ray Johnson about my debit card issue. I received $[redacted] but couldn't use the card for purchases as it was repeatedly declined. Ray explained my account was frozen and advised me to buy a $[redacted] Google Play card to unlock it. Despite my reluctance due to not affording it without my $[redacted], he claimed to have transferred the amount to my bank account. After much persistence, I received the $[redacted] on Monday. However, Ray then insisted I still needed the Google Play card or he would risk losing his job. This situation seems suspicious to me, and I'm unsure about its legitimacy.

I am experiencing difficulties with transferring money to my bank account through CASHAPP. Despite spending three days and numerous hours on the phone with your representatives, including Cash-Danyl-J-Manager and Cash-Danyl-J-Techie Technician, no solution has been found. Everyone I spoke to on your team seems to be named Danyl, which is confusing. I also contacted Mr. Abas Omar, the Finance Head of Cash App, at [redacted], but was put on hold listening to music before reaching voicemail. A friend suggested I use CashApp to send and receive money, but I encountered issues transferring $[redacted].00 to my debit card. Although $0.98 was successfully transferred, your team claimed they couldn't transfer the remaining $[redacted].00, which doesn't make sense to me. I reached out to the account manager without a reply. I was promised a Cashcard by Saturday, which never arrived. I demand a resolution promptly as my $[redacted].00 was supposedly transferred to a MASTERCARD ending in [redacted]. I have evidence to support my claims.

On September 17, [redacted], I reached out to Cash App Support to address a duplicate payment issue regarding $[redacted] to Leonardo Lucini. The Cash App Agent guided me to change my Cash App name to $flutevisions and requested my debit card details. During the call, I noticed three extra $[redacted] charges on my bank account instead of canceling the duplicate payment. The Agent mentioned potential hacking on both my Cash App and bank accounts, raising concern. I promptly contacted my bank, which noted the pending $[redacted] charges from Cash App. The following day, my bank account displayed three $[redacted] payments to Cash App under the name 'Alex Hills'. Family and friends confirmed all Cash App transactions, previously under $Arch Thompson, were linked to Alex Hills. When contacting Cash App at [redacted], the Agent's communication difficulties and subsequent request to buy a Google Play Card for reimbursement seemed suspicious. Feeling alarmed, I questioned their legitimacy and refused to comply. I seek an immediate refund of $[redacted] and have escalated this issue to the appropriate authorities.

On September 16th, Cricket Wireless charged $57 to my account without my authorization. I have been attempting to reach a representative but keep receiving automated messages from Square Cash app. I simply want my money refunded back to my card. I have already raised this issue with Cricket Wireless, and they informed me that they are unable to refund the money since the transaction seemed to be in order, even though I am unsure how my card was linked to it.
