I accidentally sent money to an account that is no longer active and can not be accessed. I have reached out and emailed your customer support email and I did receive instructions on how to fix it. I followed those steps. I however have not heard anything else and my problem is still not fixed. I emailed about a week ago. I was told it could join two accounts so that the money could be refunded from the person I sent it to, and for that to happen you’d need their email. I have provided that email and that person has never heard anything, and neither have I.
GetHuman1039038 did not yet indicate what Square Cash should do to make this right.
