I sent a $***.** payment to a friend as a repayment for expenses paid for me. We have had several prior transactions through SquareCash that flowed easily. I don't understand why this one did not and causing all of this frustration for me and the recipient. To further complicate the situation is that you can't get anyone on the phone. When I call I get this message about some kind of code that I don't know what what they are talking about. my telephone number is *** ***-****, the recipient number is *** ***-**** can someone please give us a call to let us know what's going on or immediately refund my money. This is really embarassing and unprofessional.
