I had a Cash App *$missjones*** that had a total of $***. The account was accredited $*** to begin with, after * transactions using a virtual card ****. When I received the physical Visa card after attempting to activate the card, for reasons unknown my original account containing the $*** was deactivated by Cash App. There is no way to physically deactivate a account from the App itself. I googled a cust. Svc * *-***-***-**** I was told that in order to reactivate *$missjones*** I would have to add an additional $*** with a Google Play Store Card. This was done at **:** am ********** pac.time and there has been no monies add to either account. The new account is *$missjones****. A supervisor by the name Joseph ****-***-**** has been hanging up on me all day.
GetHuman913824 did not yet indicate what Square Cash should do to make this right.
