My son used Cash App to buy tickets to a sporting event, but the seller never provided the tickets despite receiving payment. We have evidence of this in our text messages. I believe this is fraud and theft. I hope you can assist in recovering the funds. We have the seller's CashTag and phone number. How can we get our money back? I'm concerned she may have done this before and might do it again. Simply saying you can't help is not acceptable. When incidents like this occur, do you report them to the authorities? I want to know more about your process in such cases. I prefer speaking with a representative, but I'm sharing my email for initial contact. Thank you.

My son bought baseball game tickets through the Square Cash App, but the seller never provided the tickets after accepting the payment. This inadequate resolution is concerning due to potential repeated scams. We urge Cash App to take stricter actions against those who abuse their platform for fraud. On Friday, I initiated a transfer to my Cash App. However, I noticed that fees were deducted before the money appeared in my account. When I tried to move the money to my bank, it said it wouldn't be available until Monday, despite it being Friday. I never agreed to such a delay and have been trying to reach out via email since Friday without success. This has caused me a lot of stress as my bills are now late. Not having a contact number for faster assistance is frustrating. I will inform my friends about this negative experience and consider finding another solution. It's disappointing that no one has reached out regarding my concerns, especially since the fees were already deducted. I am truly disappointed with this app and will not continue using it after this incident.

I need assistance once again. I am frustrated with missing money from my prepaid card. I have noticed two transactions causing me to lose $90 and then $80 and some change from Travco Hotel in Jacksonville, Florida. I am also concerned about the $[redacted] that has not been returned to me yet. I suspect my card's PIN may have been compromised. I urgently need my funds refunded as I have children to care for. I purchased a Tom’s Jar from a seller named Anthony Blake for $90 with shipping included. He indicated he would ship it out the same day, June 30th. Although I tried to pay using PayPal, he only accepted payment through Cash App. I paid the invoice he sent on June 30th at 1:27 pm. I reached out on July 4th to inquire about a tracking number but have not received any response to my four messages. I am concerned that this might be a scam. I sent the payment to “$anthonyblake17.” Any advice on how to recover my funds would be greatly appreciated.

On the 27th of last month, I sent $80 to a friend. Even though my friend received the money on the same day, the transaction remained in process on my account until the 5th of July. This delay caused my account to be overdrawn when the payment finally went through. I am requesting a refund of $60 to cover the overdraft fee I incurred due to this issue. It is unfair for me to lose money in this manner, especially when the funds were available when I made the transfer.

I encountered a scam and was instructed to send a letter to the Sacramento office for a refund. After no response, I turned to email support for assistance. They initially replied but stopped communicating after I provided the requested information. It seems they might have ignored me after I inquired about being eligible for more compensation if the refund was not issued. When I tried to follow up, I received an email stating my case was closed due to me not contacting them for two weeks, even though they only reached out to me eight days ago. This experience with their unprofessional conduct has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I would caution against using their services to others.

I recently received refunds totaling $75 from Extended Stay America in Downers Grove, IL on July 4, [redacted], and a $[redacted] refund from my daughter using Chase Bank on July 7, [redacted], at 5:13 pm. The refund was sent to a closed account ending in [redacted]. I am inquiring about the status and timeframe of when these funds will be refunded properly. I have tried reaching out to Square Cash through various channels without success. The inability to contact a live customer service representative has been frustrating. I mistakenly sent $25 to my son through your app. However, he had not completed setting up his account as his debit card was not accepted. The payment went through despite this, and I tried to finalize his account setup with my card assuming the money would return to me, but it did not. On my Cash App, it shows “Refund Failed” for the $25 transaction. Checking my son’s account, there is no record of the $25. Where did the money go as it is not in his account or mine? The $25 is missing from both our Cash App histories. Please address and correct this issue promptly. Thank you.

On May 3rd, I attempted to pay $35 for an item, but the transaction did not process correctly. In error, I resent the payment as $[redacted]. The seller promised to refund me, but has since been providing excuses and has not issued a refund, citing issues with their ability to do so. They suggested I contact Square Cash for assistance with the refund. Additionally, the $35 item was never delivered, compounding my concerns. I am seeking a full refund. It would be beneficial if they had a customer service number for immediate assistance, considering their involvement with handling customers' funds.

I accidentally initiated a refund for $1,[redacted] that was sent to me. The recipient sees it as pending but can't send it back to me because the refund didn't go back into their account. We both can't figure out where the money is - whether it's in her app or mine so I can accept it. When I tried to accept it initially, it only showed as a refund with no receipt available. The app is saying I don't have an account linked, but the information is there. The recipient also contacted support and was told there is no account or email linked when there is. I've been trying to reach someone for over 1.5 hours, and I am at risk of losing my house if I don't resolve this in time for my closing. Please urgently assist me.

I sent a payment last week on 7/27/18 to $Epic for $[redacted] to buy an 11-week-old Maine Coon Kitten named Roland from Epic Blue Falls. It's been over a week, and I haven't received any response regarding the transportation of the kitten or any information on receiving him. I've tried contacting Epic through messages and phone calls listed on their website www.epicbluefalls.com, but the phone number is always out of service. After discovering fraudulent reports about breeders on their website, I found that the photos of the kittens are actually from a breeder at www.adrastiacattery.com! I'm seeking a refund for my $[redacted] due to this apparent scam, as I've been unsuccessful in reaching anyone at Epic to process the refund. Despite my attempt to cancel the payment, it has already been withdrawn. Since Cash App has processed the transaction, I hope they can take appropriate action as Epic seems to be con artists.

I recently received a payment on my Cash App linked to my email, [redacted] However, after being informed about the payment, I encountered an issue logging into my account for the first time ever. Despite numerous attempts, I have not received the email or pin number needed to regain access. The system now states that there have been too many login attempts and I should try again in 24 hours. Although I have checked all my email folders, including junk and spam, no email from Cash App has been received. I need assistance restoring access to my account to retrieve the funds.

After reaching out for support on Thursday, August 2, I was advised to purchase a $50 Google Play card due to the initial amount being stuck on the server. The process of buying the card, explaining my situation repeatedly to the call center staff, and the rudeness encountered during the calls has been disillusioning. My account is currently restricted on Square Cash. I received an email confirming the restriction and stating that I can only cash out funds from my Cash Balance. The Account Services team will review my account periodically, and if the restrictions are lifted, they will inform me. I rely on this platform to send rent money to my roommate and frequently transfer money with my mom. I have not received any updates since yesterday, and I'm unsure why this action was taken as I believe I have not breached any terms. The lack of communication is causing frustration.
