I had a frustrating experience at the Huntsville, TX store recently. The salesperson made several mistakes that caused issues with my phone purchase. Initially, we were informed there were only two red phones available, which was fine with us. However, during the purchase, the salesperson kept asking my son for our information, even though I was the one buying the phones. As the store was about to close, he rushed us to come back the next day to finalize the last phone purchase, despite the assistant manager mentioning that employees were getting overtime. The manager promised an iPad for $25 without monthly payments, but then mixed up our SIM cards. I've been having trouble setting up my phone with internet access and the cellular service is spotty at best. I am unable to create a username or password that works, and the connection is unreliable.

I recently upgraded my phone from the Galaxy S8 Plus to the Galaxy S20 Plus at 50% off by trading in my old phone. I placed the order through the app on my phone, but they have no record of it now. When I contacted customer service, they offered me a tablet and a watch but not the promised discounted phone. Despite waiting for the representative to check with the account specialist, they refused to honor the deal after an hour of discussion. I had entered my payment information in good faith, even though no payment was needed at that time. Due to the current situation with Covid-19, visiting the stores is not feasible, making it even more frustrating that they wouldn't fulfill the agreed-upon discount.

My name is Armando Leon Sanchez, born on 03/02/[redacted] (SSN: [redacted]). Several years ago, I mistakenly received a Sprint bill with my name on it at my home. The bill showed an amount of approximately $[redacted].00 owed to Sprint, which I discarded as I was not responsible for it. Recently, when I checked my credit report, I was surprised to find that Sprint had reported me owing $[redacted].00. I would like to rectify this situation if possible and help both you and Sprint customers. If you could send me the original bill, I will make sure it is returned via the post office in Fresno, California at [redacted]. I do not possess any Sprint property, only run my own company. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Armando Leon Sanchez. I hope to resolve this credit dispute and have the credit inquiries removed from my report. The billing address in question is [redacted] F St, Fresno, CA [redacted].

On March 13, [redacted], I changed the phone account from Sprint to mine at T-Mobile for Domenic Campopiano. The T-Mobile representative in Coventry assured me we didn't have to take any action with Sprint. However, Domenic still receives Sprint bills, and I receive bills from T-Mobile for his service. Despite asking all the right questions during the switch, it seems there was an oversight. Domenic, who collects Social Security, is homeless, and has learning disabilities, only owes the prorated amount from his last Sprint bill to the date of the switch. I've attempted to resolve this with T-Mobile over the phone, but it appears the representatives are not equipped to address the issue appropriately.

I purchased a Sprint phone but returned it after three days due to poor reception. The store staff assured me they would cancel my contract, which I confirmed by calling to cancel as well. Despite only having the phone for three days, I received a new bill for $[redacted], even after already paying $[redacted]. This feels like a complete scam, and I demand a credit to my account.

I am attempting to use my Sprint cell phone with the number [redacted] based in West Palm Beach, FL to call the City of Miami – Homeless Assistance Program Administration at [redacted]. However, after exactly 1 minute and 55 seconds on three consecutive calls, I received an error message stating "system application failed" and was disconnected. I contacted Sprint, and they advised me to dial ##[redacted]# and tap OK to search for profile updates and install them, then tap OK again to update the profile. Despite doing this twice, the error message persisted after 1 minute and 55 seconds, leading to disconnection. I am inquiring whether there is a specific rule or issue causing my Sprint service to disconnect when calling the Miami homeless hotline from West Palm Beach.

After finally receiving a bill in the mail, I promptly mailed my payment. Surprisingly, my service was shut off at 10:00 yesterday even though the payment should have posted by now. I made another payment over the phone but was still asked for more to have my phone turned back on. Dealing with account issues with Sprint for over a year has been frustrating. Despite speaking to a service representative recently and thinking my billing problems were resolved, receiving a paper bill late and having my service abruptly shut off during an emergency with my son was incredibly upsetting. The representative assured me that my service wouldn't be terminated due to financial difficulties during the Covid crisis, but clearly, that wasn't the case. With my checking account depleted, I'm left with very little to get by until next month. I have now made three payments in less than a week and was promised that all late fees would be waived. It's disheartening to face such challenges with customer service.

I have been charged for a phone number and service for several months at $50 per month. I feel I have been misled by your sales agents. After expressing my desire to lower my bill to around $[redacted], it now seems to be around $[redacted] per month. I have been trying to reduce my bill since last July due to health reasons. Now that I am back to work, my phone got cut off. I visited one of your stores and learned about the extra billing. The fraud department was supposed to contact me about it, but it has been a month with no response. I want to resolve this bill issue promptly before it escalates further. I cannot afford to pay for someone else's usage, especially at this high cost.

I traded in my unlocked iPhone 6s plus for a Sprint iPhone 11 with the understanding that I could continue using it on a prepaid plan. However, after the first month, I was unable to use the phone because they were asking for significantly more money than what I used to pay for my 6s plus service. I need assistance in getting my phone activated for prepaid use as initially promised. My name is Greg Posey, and you can reach me at [redacted]. I would appreciate a call to resolve this matter and get my Sprint iPhone 11 working as intended.

I am disappointed that my insurance claim was denied. I have been relying on my Xbox to communicate when my girlfriend, C. H., is not home. It took me 30 minutes to type this message, and I apologize for any errors. Regarding the theft of my phone, I hoped to find it before filing a claim with Sprint. My mom found my bank card and license on her front porch the next day, but my phone was still missing. Despite following all the necessary steps and paying the deductible, the claim was denied two days ago. The stolen phone number is [redacted]. The incident occurred when my phone was taken from the roof of my car while I was fixing damage from a hit-and-run. I used Google and Sprint tools to locate the device without success. I locked my debit card from my girlfriend's phone and we searched extensively around my car and work area.

I'm hoping for some assistance regarding our current situation. As retired clergy in our late 80s with limited income, my wife and I benefit from a low-cost Internet service plan through PCsforPeople, providing us with unlimited data for approximately $15 monthly. Although we are not heavy users, we are grateful for this service. We understand that Sprint is the provider for PCsforPeople. Our query is whether it's possible, at no additional cost, to connect an iPhone using our existing hotspot to the Internet service from Sprint via PCsforPeople and acquire a phone number for this connection. We would greatly appreciate any guidance you can offer via email, preferred due to our hearing impairment. Thank you sincerely for your anticipated assistance.

I have encountered numerous issues with my Samsung Galaxy S20 5G phones from Sprint over the last couple of months, coinciding with the Sprint/T-Mobile merger. Problems include dropped calls, missed calls, and difficulty sending messages. People have been unable to reach me despite my phone being next to me, causing distressing situations. I have contacted Sprint and spoke with Lori, who transferred me to Alex from the Sprint/T-Mobile team. Despite attempts to troubleshoot by resetting networks and dialing a specific number, the problems persist. A local Sprint store employee, Austin Warner, made adjustments to our phones, but the issues remain unresolved. When I reached out to him, he abruptly hung up. I am desperate for assistance as our phones have become unreliable.

In July [redacted], my grandson, Brenden G., took over managing my Sprint bill and monthly payments. However, I recently received a message stating my bill is $[redacted].20, which came as a shock to me. Despite Brenden's claim that he was handling it, the bill remains unpaid. Living on Social Security, I cannot afford such a high bill. Brenden stays at my house rent-free but has not been meeting his obligations. I only need my LG G8X ThinQ and cannot afford the extra expenses for Apple products he purchased. This situation feels like elder abuse, and I urgently need to resolve this matter with Sprint as I cannot use my phone due to the outstanding balance.

Hello, I am inquiring if providing my debt account number and authorization for the bill deduction on 09/03/[redacted] would be acceptable. The landlord sold the property without informing the tenants until two weeks ago, leaving me with only until the end of tomorrow to move out. Being on disability, I have a tight budget and the sudden move, along with my son's upcoming wedding on October 3rd, is causing additional financial strain. I assure you that there will be sufficient funds available on the 3rd. I kindly ask for your assistance as I am unsure of what to do at this point. I would greatly appreciate your prompt decision. Thank you sincerely, Laura Meyer.

Phone [redacted] Martha Yount. I recently spoke with a customer representative, but the call got disconnected, which has happened multiple times. The local store explained they can no longer assist with Sprint accounts due to the merger with T-Mobile. I need to change the billing address back to the original one at [redacted] NE Ronhaar St. Oak Harbor WA [redacted] and obtain updated billing information for the number [redacted]. I also need to know the billing date and amount for this specific line. Furthermore, I want all future billings for this number to go to the original address. The other two numbers should be billed to Ann Vyce at [redacted] Perrel St. Virginia Beach VA [redacted]. Sprint has been giving conflicting information to Ann Vyce and me, jeopardizing our business relationship. It's frustrating to see a company struggle to satisfy customers and risk losing business needlessly.

Upon purchasing my current I-8 phone, I specifically requested to own it rather than lease it. The sales representative reassured me that I would own the phone after two years of payments, which was satisfactory to me. However, upon receiving the email with the phone documents, it seemed to indicate a lease agreement rather than ownership. I promptly contacted customer service, and a representative acknowledged the error and provided me with an incident number to resolve the issue, which left me content. Recently, during a visit to a T-Mobile (now Sprint) store with my wife to evaluate our account and consider plan and phone changes, we were informed that my phone was still under a lease agreement. This was surprising, as I believed this matter had been resolved previously. Despite the efforts of the store representative, the issue remains unresolved, prompting me to seek further assistance. As a devoted long-time Sprint customer, I hope for a satisfactory resolution to continue being a happy customer. Thank you, R. Jenks

I recently received a refurbished iPhone Xs Max from Apple. The phone sometimes drops calls or acts as if it is in speaker mode even when it's not. When I hold it to my face during calls, the other person cannot hear me. I'm unsure if this issue is related to the software or if it's a physical problem with the phone. Upon receiving the replacement, I used the old SIM card from my damaged phone as Apple did not provide a new one. I'm looking to identify the cause of this problem - whether it's an Apple hardware issue or a Sprint software problem. Thank you.

I require help to swap and enable a new SIM card for my Sprint Kick Start plan. I have been experiencing difficulties connecting to the network for the last 3 to 4 months on my LG G8X ThinQ. The secondary screen on the case initially had a shadow in the top corner after the first week. Over time, it expanded to cover the entire screen. The Best Buy where I made the purchase is out of stock and demands a $[redacted] deductible, which I believe I should not have to cover.

I own a Tribute Dynasty LG SP200 and was a long-time customer of Boost Mobile. I purchased multiple phones and used the pay-as-you-go service. Now, I am switching to Qlink Wireless for free service with a compatible phone. Despite having the Qlink sim card, I need to unlock my phone first. I have the NCK Code for it, but I am unable to find where to input it. I have no service currently and must rely on Qlink for assistance. After facing poor treatment from Boost Mobile, I hope to resolve this issue promptly. Many individuals are facing financial challenges, and receiving help should be a priority. I provided my IMEI#, Serial#, and NCK Code# for your assistance. Looking forward to your response. - Eileem

I visited the Sprint Store on Celanese Road in Rock Hill, South Carolina, zip code [redacted]. Josie, the representative, assisted me. I am feeling confused and upset because I went in to have my information transferred from my old phone to my new one without renewing my contract. Josie assured me this was possible. After signing on the iPad and asking whether this affected my contract, she said no and explained there was no change in plans. However, upon returning home, I received four text messages indicating my plan had been updated, one for each phone line. When I questioned Josie, she mentioned this was necessary for the data transfer. Even though this new plan may be better than my previous one from the last 15 years, I lack information about its specifics.
