While in Japan, we visited a Sprint store in Tampa Bay, Florida. We informed the Sprint representatives about our living situation, moving from Japan to Italy. They sold us cell plans for 4 phones, assuring us there would be no issues. Upon returning to Japan, we discovered we did not have the necessary plan and would incur charges for calls and texts. This was quickly rectified by purchasing the correct plan for 3 phones. We also settled outstanding balances for the phones with Soft Bank, a Japanese company associated with Sprint, at a cost of $[redacted]. Despite our prior inquiry, we were later advised that Sprint does not offer coverage in Italy. We seek a fair resolution to this matter. We trusted the representatives' guidance and would not have made the purchases had we been informed truthfully about Sprint's absence of service in Italy.

I need someone in corporate with quick resolution skills for a billing issue. Initially, $[redacted] was mistakenly withdrawn from our account due to an error on SPRINT's end causing overdrafts. I had to replace my A50 phone through insurance and returned the original one personally. My wife's iPhone was swapped in-store, with the previous A50 kept by them. We have not canceled service on either device. Despite a refund, a recent $[redacted] withdrawal led to a threat of service disconnection. I want this rectified promptly as we are seniors on a fixed income and cannot afford such errors. It is crucial to acknowledge that we did not cancel service and remove the erroneous charge promptly.

I recently added my wife to our account to handle purchases and service changes. When she made a purchase and switched our plan over the phone, everything seemed fine. I switched to Sprint 14 months ago and was advised that I would owe $[redacted] for the phones, to be paid off in $33 monthly installments with no interest. Recently, after completing the payments, I realized I had to pay an additional $[redacted], making a total of $1,[redacted] paid. I am confused about why the amount was higher than the $[redacted] initially stated. It seems there was a discrepancy between the information provided when we signed up and the final amount owed.

My wife was added to my account for changes like adding or removing services. She had no issues making purchases and changing plans until she received a bill $[redacted] higher than agreed. She is unable to discuss or dispute the bill now because Sprint claims she is not on the account. It seems unfair that she was convinced to buy a $[redacted] plan only to be charged $[redacted]. She is allowed to make purchases and changes, but not to dispute charges or plans she agreed to. I am currently working overseas.

I need an extension on my past due amount as I am trying to pay my bill. Today, I tried to pay half but encountered issues using my check. Despite confirming my checking account is fine, there seems to be a problem. I've spoken to two representatives, but unfortunately, they were unable to assist me. I would appreciate it if someone could help resolve this matter and provide me with a payment extension. I am frustrated with the customer service experience I have encountered.

I recently had a Samsung Galaxy S8 Active stolen. I reported the incident, filed a claim, and received a new phone. Surprisingly, the missing phone resurfaced. I made a $75.00 payment to my Sprint wireless account on December 26, [redacted]. The payment Confirmation number I received is [redacted]. My services got interrupted starting on December 28, [redacted]. After checking my bank account, I saw that the money was deducted, but the transaction is in a "pending status" probably due to the weekend hours. I urgently need my services reinstated as this situation is highly inconvenient and poses health risks for me as a disabled individual. Please, I am hoping for an immediate response to resolve this issue.

Hello, my name is Tiffany D. I have a Google Pixel 3 XL cell phone in light pink from Sprint. I have been experiencing issues with making outgoing calls, receiving incoming calls, sending regular text messages, and accessing the internet and apps when I am away from home at Genovese's apartment or out doing karaoke. It seems to be related to the Sprint network, and despite contacting Sprint multiple times, the problem persists. Additionally, I am not receiving verification codes via text messages from Sprint on my phone. I am not tech-savvy and need help resolving these issues promptly. Sprint's support has not been helpful and I would appreciate assistance in fixing these problems as soon as possible.

I started with Sprint prepaid service and due to Sprint's decision, my service transferred to Boost Mobile. I've had this service for nearly 2 years. After moving to an area without Boost Mobile coverage, I tried to switch to StraightTalk mobile service. Despite contacting StraightTalk and inserting their sim card, my phone displayed "Sim not Supported." Boost Mobile initially claimed they removed the sim lock, but after 5 days, the issue persisted. Boost Mobile now suggests that Sprint needs to remove the Sim lock. When contacting Sprint, I get disconnected after speaking to a representative. I've been patient and polite throughout but have not received a solution. I'm experiencing unprofessional behavior in handling this matter. Can you assist in removing the sim lock from my phone? I have been a Sprint customer for over a year, and although my payment arrangement is not perfect, I will end up spending thousands of dollars on this Note 9. I receive my money through a payee as I am on S.S.I. and disabled. Recently, my payee retired over the Christmas holiday, making it tough to adjust to the changes. I had difficulties with my service, and after speaking with a customer sales representative, I realized I should have contacted a Sprint agent directly. Currently, I can only make calls or access Wi-Fi when I am at my aunt's place. I am heading to see my payee today after a doctor's appointment at 1:00 PM. I am hoping to have my service reconnected or at least prevent it from being terminated. I am frustrated as a loyal Sprint customer and wish to maintain my account. I am looking for a Sprint agent to assist me in making notes to avoid losing my service. I am already paying a significant amount for this phone and hope to resolve this issue promptly.

I have recently contacted Sprint at [redacted] six times in the last two weeks, spending approximately 2 hours on the phone. I am trying to switch my phone and number from VM as they are closing at the end of the month and want to move me to Boost, which has no service where I live except for roaming and not compatible with iPhones. I've been with Sprint for about 15 years through VM, and all I want is to port my iPhone and number over to Sprint. Unfortunately, the customer service representatives I've spoken with don't seem to understand how to do this efficiently. They often have to involve multiple people in the process, which leads to disconnections without callbacks. Yesterday, I spent about an hour trying to resolve the issue, but the agent made several errors on my card transactions, overcharging me by $7.34 and placing me on a more expensive plan than requested. Today, I had to restart the process three times but ultimately gave up. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I have never encountered such incompetent service. If this is the current state of Sprint, I am reconsidering my loyalty. - John

After being redirected to a corporate store, I was unable to resolve the problem due to time constraints and lack of support. Desperate to keep my business running smoothly, I tried various solutions, including adding a new line, but encountered obstacles at every turn. Each store visit brought new challenges, with promises to mark my account unfulfilled. The situation has caused me to lose customers, affecting my new business and family. I have been a loyal Sprint customer for over five years and have had a positive experience with their customer service. Recently, my phone screen malfunctioned, and I urgently need a replacement device to stay connected with my family and manage time-sensitive responsibilities. When I contacted customer service, they were helpful in providing information on available phones. However, when I was transferred to sales, I encountered an unhelpful representative named "Rein," who insisted I couldn't order a new device for pickup and had to provide an address for shipping. Despite being told certain fees would be waived, I was informed of additional charges. I was under the impression that the payment would be added to my next bill, but the sales representative wanted an immediate down payment. When I visited a store to inquire further, I was told I could purchase online for in-store pickup but couldn't add the down payment to my bill. I can cover the cost on my next bill but not immediately. I appreciate Sprint's assistance so far but hope we can find a compromise. Thank you.

I ordered a replacement device through Assurion but they sent it to the wrong address, causing UPS to return it to them. I've been trying to contact them to correct the address, but the automated system won't connect me to a representative as it says my pin doesn't match their records. All I need is for them to update the address so I can receive my replacement. Your help in resolving this would be greatly appreciated. -MBaileys

I'm having issues accessing my GoDaddy email account via Sprint Hotspot. When trying to log in, the loading bar only reaches around 20% and then stops. Even after seeking help at a Sprint store, the issue remains unresolved. According to GoDaddy's customer service, they suspect that the Sprint Hotspot may be "cashing out" and causing the loading problem. Strangely enough, I can still access my email when connected to regular wifi, just not with the Sprint Hotspot.

After spending 3 hours and speaking with 3 different representatives to remove a line from our account, we finally reached a senior manager who took care of it. Even though I explained that the iPhone was fully paid for and I wanted to switch to Verizon, today, when trying to activate the phone at Verizon, they found it locked. This is frustrating as we have wasted time and effort. Please unlock my iPhone with the number [redacted]. This experience has left me very dissatisfied.

During these challenging times, we sought to document the issues with our Sprint account to ensure a trail for future assistance. In February, we switched to Sprint with a special promotion for two "free" iPhone 11s. Despite the promise of a 50GB hotspot, Tidal, and Hulu, we encountered poor reception from the start. Our in-store experiences were positive but attempts to resolve the issues online were frustrating. Various solutions like the Airave and Magic Box did not resolve our calling problems. We agreed on terms and paid our initial bill but were shocked to receive a doubled bill in the following month. Due to signal issues, we cancelled auto payment, disconnecting Hulu. With no human contact available during the crisis, we hope Sprint addresses and corrects these billing discrepancies. We understand the current focus on safety and wish for the opportunity to discuss and resolve our account concerns with Sprint at a later date. Thank you, Tracey D.

I ordered * phones to lease with * new lines of service that were supposed to be the Unlimited *** plan. However, I did not receive the correct plan. Despite not opening or activating the phones, I would like to cancel my account **********. I am disappointed in the customer service as I have been trying to resolve this since placing the order. I have decided to stick with my current carrier. I spoke with Chen, who mentioned filing an incident report due to the mishandling of my issue from the start. Despite returning the phones unopened and inactive, I received a message from Sprint about charges for the next month. I am requesting a refund for the amount I paid upfront. Despite assurances to resolve the matter, no progress has been made yet. If the issue remains unresolved, I may have to involve the BBB and FTC. Due to long wait times, which have been worsened by Covid-19, I cannot afford to spend over 2 hours waiting without a resolution.
