How GetHuman-rsvitkay fixed the problem
I went to a sprint store in Stuyvesant Plaza for human help. I am very disappointed with original signup to sprint at Colonie Center. I was told I would qualify for savings for Over ** plan and if I paid automatically. Neither was done for me. When I first lost service for none payment I went to Colonie store where they applied payment and I thought they had changed to Over ** and direct payment. It was not done. So I lost service again without knowing what happened. Thanks to Stuy Plaza I am now on direct payment but have to go back to speak to manager at Colonie Ctr to have Over ** applied.
