Hi my name is Anna Mendoza it has probably been a year or less that I had a plan on my name with you. I canceled due to never having signal they offered a magic box but we decided to cancel the whole plan we were willing to pay whatever in order to cancel the plan and have no more extra fees. Eventually once the problem with returning the phones was fixed we asked if there was anything else we had to do or pay for at the store or anywhere else as to which they told that no that was it and we should be clear and good to go. A month or so, we received a bill asking us to pay $** dollars for something we didn’t even get to use when we personally made sure there was nothing else. I figured we disputed the issue and it was gone but my bank just informed that it has gone to collection and I am willing to pay such amount as long as it gets cleared off of my credit.
GetHuman3805318 did not yet indicate what Sprint should do to make this right.
