Dear Sprint,**I have been a customer for sprint for a couple of years now, I have not had alot of issue with service. **I recently however have had a lot of issues with the level of your customer service department in stores and online. I have my bill on an automatic payment set up. I recently got an email stating that my bill was $***, because of the amount I starting researching my bill because I could not understand how it doubled in a month. I was told that my **% discount expired, I still have yet to see any kind of credit to my account!! **I also noticed that I have been continuously charged for a cell phone on my account that I no longer have, my daughter had an IPHONE * on line ****, it was broken beyond repair. Her father went to the store on Queen Street in Southington, CT and paid cash for the IPHONE * that she is now using on the **** number. **My problem is that i have been paying for a lease in the amount of $**.** since June of lasy year, because the salesman never explained that we had to pay for the phone that was broken or that we needed to return it to sprint!!! he told us "throw it away its beyond repair"!! I reached out Sprint chat to try to get this resolved and all I am getting is the run around!! The woman in the chat said that she would put in a ticket but what does that mean?? and how will i know what happens?? I went to the Sprint store on Farmington Ave in Bristol , CT and they argued and tried telling me the same story until they understood that I was paying for a phone I don't have, and no one explained to me that I would have to pay for it, they told me that I need to go to the store that told me that. I went back to the Souhtington store and again I explained the situation and they told me that they could not help me either. That the people that used to work there no longer work there and that the store was not corporate!! I DONT CARE!! I am a customer with sprint, I believe that if you want to continue to have me stay as a customer for Sprint I need some solutions to these issues. **I am a Customer Service Manager at a local business and I would never treat my customers the way that I have been treated and tossed around like I don't matter that my business with you does not matter. If it does not matter then I can take my business elsewhere.
