I was a sprint customer some time back last year and was not to happy with the services i obtained in quite a few ways . So i changed my service to another carrier ,after trying to resolve things with sprint by having a plan ahead in agreeing to setting up a payment plan to address the over due amount and relized after about this contract i signed. So with that at hand i then had intentions on making payments as i could do on a fixed income . But as an indigent disabled individual , i honestly could not afford sprint all the way around and my phone had broke so i was told no good to even bring back . So my intentions on paying faithfully as im able to gradually pay and still maintain my other bills in my budget. Well i went in sprint in stapleton area and waited like usual for a very long time and when i was seen eventually i was getting no solution to any issue are question i was trying to solve and get better answers to besides him going around it all and was offering me to go up on my plan and lines and so on. So i left after being extremely fustrated and got no were but back to were i was so i chose to call and talked to a gentlemen there at the store after i went ahead and resulted to another solution and what worked out best for me and my monthly income from SSI which is very little to work with . But out the blue after arranging to make some kind of payment towards the bill of owed amount in witch i had no problem with doing but not to long after on feburary **,**** there was $**.* taken off my card ,so i went directly back to the sprint store same one everytime and waited long again and when i finally spoke to gerado and explained all over again . His response back to help resolve it ,was going to put back the money on my card and then i was to figure out what i may have been able to manage to solve this from anybody walking away dissatisfied and unhappy with what was discussed and he said payment could take up to * business days so i said Thank you and i will be in touch to resolve the matter. Well i check my card over and over and there was nothing put back on by now its been all week and on March *,**** another withdrawal from my card in the amount of $***.* . So now not only was i lied to and mislead me into a very serious financial situation with other bills that i had nothing to give the important ones first ,n now i have alot of issues involving things that are detrimental to me and my home and grandson . I know there is a contract so i would really appreciate the chance to come to an agreement of a refund on my card and the rest as my first payment arrangment verbally with me being able to get the lump some of $**** back on my card refunded so my home is not in jeopardy just with that large amount would help me to get right were this should be at this time. So can u keep the $**.* amount as my first payments and kindly return my money of $***.* back on my card that is in your records as i have not changed anything and im not ,so my loyalty will be in good standing and both can be in all fairness and firmly complete the arrangment i was given to come up with and commit to until the amount is all the way paid off and my credit will be in a better condition then it would hve and last but not least we have the solution at hand and i can maintain my living situation that this has caused me but i ask and pray and most of all stand by what was discussed and planned on. Im going back in to talk to gerado wednesday *,**** again as the lady reffered me to do and call sprint explain it all to them also and see what they can help out with if at all so im doing as directed in hopes to get this resolved soon please ,Thanks!**** Celina M Davidson ********** card ending in ****......
