My service is off again it was just turned off for the *th time .I do not have a past due balance your company was suppose to credit account for the returned items I have been going though this for *mths I'm sick of this my new bill it due on the **th not today the supervisor i spoke with said this wouldn't happen again please check the account .I'm so tired of this..please store my service now. I'm total done this is the last straw .check the account this is so wrong I pay my bill every month for * yrs this is ridiculous..reference *I*********. AND case ********** gerard
