I am reaching out because I have spent hours on the phone and via chat every single month since March **** due to incorrect billing. **Every month since then I have been told it will get fixed and not to worry, your representatives have even said "I am now in charge of your account and will make sure you are not over charged again". Clearly this has not been the case.***When I purchased my phone it was a bogo deal. Buy one get one free at your Sprint store on Van Ness in San Francisco. I was told my bill would be *** a month. I was previously under a framily plan where I received a great deal. ***When I called to discuss my billing and the customer service rep told me he was going to put me on a new plan to ensure I would be getting the best deal possible. This rep removed my bogo deal and added some *** deal ( which was not approved ) and the billing issues have gotten worse each month. Each month it's a different amount and after each time I call the reps apologize and say the rep accidentally removed my deal and now it's a special case. So this special case of mine has not been resolved in *MONTHS. Each month I am guaranteed I will not have to call back or spend hours on chat repeating my story. Each month I get the overages removed but after repeating the story and again wasting hours out of time due to your ineffectiveness to resolve to what you all explain is a simple error. ***This month my bill ***.**?! Even after chatting with a supervisor who again promised the bogo deal was re-instated and I would not be overcharged again. This bill also shows my bogo deal was not re-applied and again I am paying for both devices instead of one. My last chat was on Sep **th with Addy G the chat id is ******************. I have removed my auto pay and do not plan on paying anything till my bill is corrected & compensated for wasting * month repeating the same story. **Sprints customer service and lack of follow through is appalling. I would like this resolved and given the opportunity to opt out of my lease. There is not point in continuing this partnership that is one sided.
