I talked to a Sprint representative on ******* about switching to Sprint. Was told I would have ** days to try it. He checked my address and said that I would have Good service. Received the * phones on******* in the afternoon. The service stinks, I couldn't even call from my living room. I tried to return them to the Sprint store in Bucyrus, OH, he was taking care if someone else, he asked why we were there, we waited for awhile and left. Please inform me of what to do next. I don't want your service or your phones and I don't feel that I should have to pay for anything! Thank you, Carmen Fitzpatrick

I went to the Sprint store the next day,and was told he couldn't help me because I purchased them on like. I called customer service and explained everything, he talked to the supervisor and said he would send me the return kits. It is my understanding there shouldn't be a problem. As long as they are in good shape when they receive them, I should owe nothing!
