The issue in GetHuman-hmariel's own words
I just got an iphone* yesterday after so much hassle from in the store bc my older iPhone completely died. Before my older iPhone died my data speeds were horrible and I couldn’t fully load web pages, I couldn’t watch any videos due to buffering forever and loading. Now with my iPhone * it is doing the exact same thing. I have updated my profile, checked for network updates as requested by a sprint chat specialist. My data connection is completely going out without any LTE, *G or *X showing on the top of phone. I know it’s not a phone issue bc this is the second phone that it has done it. My boyfriend has a different network and his is working perfectly. I can’t use my YouTube subscription to watch videos, I can’t use my HULU bc of the slow data, I can’t use my prime video bc of slow data, I can’t install apps without it taking hours bc of my slow data. I’m not able to do many things all bc of this slow data connection with LTE and one bar. Does Sprint happen to offer routers for people that have data connection issues that will not resolve at all?
