After paying off my bill last month and re-activiating my cell phone line (***-***-****), I am able to receive calls but NOT able to make calls from my phone. Also, I am unable to set up a voice mail box. The only number that I can call from my phone is **, and when I spoke to a sprint customer service representative they told me that there were no holds or blocks on my account. I did a hard reset of my phone (iphone *s), reset network settings, disabled call forwarding, etc. with no results. I also removed and re-inserted the sim card, no result.
GetHuman1043319 did not yet indicate what Sprint should do to make this right.
