Dear forum members, I was a loyal Sprint customer for over two decades, with three phones on my plan and the phone number [redacted]. I recently switched to a different carrier due to constant roaming even though no extra charges were applied. I faced issues with poor service quality after moving to Pennsylvania in [redacted], with numerous dropped calls and no service at my work location. Despite trying to resolve these problems by contacting Sprint multiple times, receiving a booster box did not improve the service. I believe after enduring eleven years of subpar service, my final bill of five outstanding payments should be waived as a gesture of goodwill. I urge Sprint to consider expanding coverage by installing satellites in Shawnee on Delaware, Stroudsburg, and East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, as these are high-traffic areas. Kindly review my account and relay my request to void the final payment and phone expenses to the corporate office. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

I have been a loyal Sprint customer since the beginning. Recently, I was contacted by someone from corporate, but since then, I have been unable to make or receive calls. I received a text from Sprint stating that my and my wife's caller block is malfunctioning. I pay nearly $[redacted] per month for this service and getting no service is frustrating. Every time I reach out to Sprint, I am told it's the towers or the system, but I never get a clear answer. If Sprint does not want me as a customer, please let me know and stop disrupting my devices. I have contacted the BBB, and they are looking into this issue. I have also reached out to Tim Baxter, the Northeast Regional CEO. If this issue is not resolved, I will consider protesting. I have documented this conversation and can provide evidence if needed. Have a blessed day.

When I am at home, I experience roaming with little to no cell reception, data not working, dropped calls, and texts not sending. Initially, I was told by the Sprint representative that my service is on the Sprint network and would have no reception issues. However, after contacting support, I learned I am not actually on the Sprint network as informed. I have a 5-line plan, and only the original line needs to stay active. I would like to deactivate the other 4 lines and find out where to return the devices. A Sprint Technical Support rep assured me that there would be no charges due to the misinformation provided during the sale.

I recently bought an iPhone 5s from the Facebook marketplace, expecting it to be unlocked for any prepaid service. However, I encountered issues when trying to activate it with my Simple Mobile powered by T-Mobile SIM card. The phone seems to be locked to Sprint according to my research. I kindly request assistance in unlocking the iPhone so I can make necessary calls this week. I also purchased a phone card and sim kit that would go to waste if this matter isn't resolved. The IMEI number on the back of the iPhone is [redacted][redacted]. Thank you.

I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy S9+ that seems to be locked or blacklisted. It's displaying an error message saying the SIM card is not readable and an invalid SIM card. I purchased this phone from a couple who were stranded during the major fire in Northern California. They claimed it was unlocked, but now I am unsure. Can this phone be unlocked to use on the T-Mobile network? If not, what options do I have to get a refund? It's frustrating because I sustained injuries while firefighting in Northern California and losing $[redacted] on a phone I can't use is tough right now. Is there anything I can do? Thank you for your time.

My son traveled to Canada and incurred unexpected data roaming charges. After speaking with a representative, I was assured that certain fees would be waived, but the credits never appeared on my bill. Despite multiple calls to customer service, including switching to an unlimited family plan, my bill remains incorrect and now stands at $[redacted]. I have been provided with several reference confirmation codes, but the issue persists. I am adamant about only paying the agreed-upon amount of $[redacted] plus tax; I cannot justify paying any more given the circumstances.

Since last month, we've encountered an issue with our account at Sprint. We decided to cancel two out of four lines, yet in the following month, we were still billed for all four lines. Upon contacting customer service, we were informed that a recording of the call between my husband and their representative regarding the line cancellations needed to be reviewed, which seems unreasonable given our long-standing relationship with Sprint. Despite this, a month later, we are still being charged for the lines we canceled three months ago. We are disappointed with the customer service and are considering switching providers if this matter is not resolved promptly.

I have experienced numerous issues since signing up, but my latest concern revolves around the buy one get one free iPhones promotion. The salesperson assured me during the transaction that I could switch to a newer promotion once the current one lapsed. Despite my initial hesitation due to past problems, he claimed all sales calls are recorded and retrievable if necessary. Therefore, I am requesting a switch to the latest promotion that is currently being offered. This change is vital as the promise of being able to switch promotions easily was a significant factor in our decision to purchase the iPhones. I urge you to review the sales call to validate the commitment made by the salesperson.

My husband, Modesto Coste, opened a Sprint account on July 14, [redacted], and bought an iPhone 8 Plus. His English is not proficient, making it challenging for him to communicate with customer service. When we signed up, we asked if international calling to the Dominican Republic was included, and we were assured it was. The first bill was around $[redacted], but the current one is an unexpected $[redacted] due to high charges per minute for calls to the DR. This bill is too much for us to handle, and we feel misled by the representative. We are deeply distressed about this situation and have a short time to find the $[redacted]. We are anxious and losing sleep over this. Kindly review Modesto's account and provide assistance. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I visited one of your stores yesterday with my driver's license, social security card, and bank and credit cards. Despite providing all required documents, I was subjected to unnecessary questioning and ultimately denied service based on incorrect information. As a successful truck driver earning over $1,[redacted] per week, this experience was disappointing. I had to purchase a subpar Boost i6 due to time constraints, but I plan to switch to AT&T soon. This incident may have actually prevented future issues for me. I intend to share my review to reflect my displeasure. After researching, I realize I should have chosen AT&T initially. While my individual experience may not be significant to you, your company appears to be losing more customers based on reviews.

I am very disappointed with the customer service I received from Sprint. The representatives I spoke with did not provide accurate information about my phone plan. The conversation ID from last month does not match what was discussed. I requested an email confirming the plan change, as promised, but never received it. It feels like the plan change discussion never occurred, even though it did. I am frustrated by the lack of transparency and honesty. Sprint has overcharged me for subsidized phone charges that should have ended months ago, although they eventually credited me. Despite this, I continue to have a higher phone bill instead of the lower one I was assured. I feel deceived and want the lower bill I was originally promised. This experience has made me consider taking my business elsewhere, including multiple phone lines.

I shared a joint account with my former partner of 16 years, and when we split, I decided to terminate all shared accounts. After moving my number to Cricket Wireless, I stopped using the Sprint account. Despite this, I was surprised to receive a bill of over $[redacted] for the unused Sprint account. I have requested multiple times an itemized bill with explanations for the charges, but have not received any information to validate the debt. I am willing to settle the amount I owe, but I refuse to pay for the charges incurred by my ex-partner out of spite.

I'm disappointed with the customer service I received from you. Two weeks ago, I was informed that my current plan would be discontinued, necessitating the selection of a new plan. After choosing a basic plan and ensuring the Sprint representative understood, I assumed everything was in order. However, upon receiving my bill today, I discovered that I had been charged for the wrong plan. After numerous phone calls and currently waiting for a resolution, I am frustrated. The communication with some representatives is difficult to comprehend, I was even late to pick up my son from school during this ordeal. As I remain on hold, listening to a representative discuss my issue with their supervisor, I am prepared to cancel my Sprint service if this matter is not rectified. I have never encountered such poor treatment from other service providers.

Subject: Issue with Reactivating Hulu Subscription via Sprint I am having trouble reactivating my free Hulu subscription that is included in my Sprint unlimited service. Despite following the steps provided in the email from Hulu and the guidance given by the Sprint chat support, I have been unsuccessful. This marks the third time that Hulu has unexpectedly cancelled my free subscription, and the situation is becoming frustrating. Thank you. [redacted]

I live in Puerto Rico and have been a Boost Mobile customer for 12 years. I switched to Boost after the hurricane for better internet service than my previous provider. Initially, the service was excellent, but over the past few months, my call reception has significantly declined. Boost customer service had me troubleshoot by resetting the network and swapping SIM cards, but nothing solved the issue. Despite living in an area with supposedly good signal, I have not received calls for two months. Even though the local Boost store claims their devices work fine, my phone only functions properly 24 miles away from home. I suspect a tower issue as I have good LTE internet but cannot make or receive calls. The situation persists, and I am frustrated with the lack of a resolution.

I have been seeking assistance regarding this issue since March and have yet to receive a response. Now, I have received a $[redacted] bill for this equipment that I am unable to get to work. I am requesting a return label as I refuse to pay for something I cannot use. I am looking forward to finally hearing back this time. --- Dear Sprint-MB team, I hope you can assist me with my concern. I have been trying to resolve this issue since March but have not received any response. I received a bill for $[redacted] for a piece of equipment that I am unable to utilize. Could you please provide me with a return label? Thank you for your help. Sincerely, [redacted]

My name is Lee Ragin, and my contact number is [redacted]. I share a joint account with my child's mother, where she is the primary account holder. Recently, I discovered that the service has been disconnected without any prior notice or communication. Due to our strained relationship, I was unaware of any outstanding bills or the status of the service. I suspect she might have intentionally withheld this information from me. Now that my phone is unexpectedly disconnected, I am seeking guidance on the necessary steps to retain my number. I also have my own Sprint phone and am willing to pay the outstanding amount for my individual service if feasible.

I require assistance. When my family was presented with the Sprint plan, I inquired with the door-to-door salesperson about any differences from our previous AT&T service. He mentioned coverage outside populated areas of Utah and a significant price reduction. Even though our Sprint account was activated on September 1, [redacted], our phone numbers were only transferred from AT&T on September 8th. We handed in our AT&T phones at a Sprint store on September 9th through the buyback program. Today, we realized Sprint doesn't meet our needs. As a Firefighter/Paramedic, I often need to be on the phone while using the internet for emergency response information, a task Sprint seems unable to accomplish simultaneously. The salesperson's explanation was unsatisfactory, claiming no one has faced such requirements before, which I find dubious. I want to cancel my service within the 14-day trial period. Additionally, concerning the four AT&T buyback phones we submitted at a Sprint store three days ago, I learned they have been sent to a warehouse and are currently unavailable. If I cancel, I need either my phones returned to cover AT&T payments or sufficient buyback funds from Sprint. I fear cancelling may result in the Visa cards promised for each phone being invalidated. I urgently need someone to address Sprint's misrepresentation, facilitate the return of my AT&T phones, and ensure a prompt resolution, especially as I might be deployed for hurricane relief within the next 72 hours. I require efficient service for my duties.

I recently purchased an iPhone 8 to replace my older malfunctioning iPhone. Even with the new device, I continue to experience slow data speeds and connectivity issues. Despite updating my profile and checking for network updates as advised by a Sprint chat specialist, my data connection frequently fails, leaving me without any signal on my phone. This problem persists across different devices, ruling out a phone-specific issue. Unlike my boyfriend's network, my Sprint service hampers my ability to use streaming apps like YouTube, Hulu, and Prime Video, as well as slowing down app installations. Given this ongoing problem, I'm wondering if Sprint provides routers as a solution for users facing persistent data connectivity issues that remain unresolved through regular troubleshooting.

I contacted customer service on Monday to set up a payment plan for my phone. Despite my ongoing phone service issues and complaints, they mistakenly noted my account for an executive office to contact me before arranging a payment plan, delaying resolution. After I discovered an app in August and lodged a complaint, an email circulated on September 6, [redacted], advising not to make any payment arrangements for me. It was inadvertently shared with me through a screenshot. I was assured a plan would be arranged, but after waiting on hold for two hours and being disconnected twice, I am still unresolved.
