The issue in GetHuman-akurpgew's own words
When I am at home, I am roaming, have little to no cell reception, my data does not work, calls are dropped and texted do not send. I was told by the Sprint rep that set up the phone service that I was with in the sprint network and that I would have no reception issues. I have called in and been told I am in fact, NOT in the sprint network and I was misinformed by the Sprint rep. This is a * line plan, and the only line that needs to remain active and uninterrupted is the original line. The other * lines need to be ended and I need the information on where to return the devices. I was also told by a Sprint Tech Rep that there would be no fees or charges of ANY kind due to the lie and misinformation given by the rep in order to make the sale.
GetHuman-akurpgew did not yet indicate what Sprint should do to make this right.
