Spoke to Alxzandr Marsee at Sprint ***** s. Dixie hwy Monroe, mi ***** this week. Had several issues, one was asking how many min I was paying for on my iPad line. I told him I didn't want to run out or get a huge bill. He looked up my account and said I had absolutely unlimited time. He put cell data on (I get confused on what things are called, hope that's right) and said I never needed to take it off, i could just use it ** hrs a day if I wanted. Never needed to use wifi. I woke up during the night today, turned on my tablet and got a message that I used all my data, would I like to get more!!!! I don't know where I am in my billing period but now I am out of data!!!! And what about my bill!! I believed Alxzandr, didn't feel I needed to check up on him. I just now tried to get into my account and got message from Sprint that there were problems, come back later. It's Sunday, store doesn't open till noon. I am I'll, waiting on liver Txp and can't be stressed like this!!
