Lowering a bill can be quite difficult but if you have been with a company longer they are more likely able to help you save.
The issue in GetHuman-grymkt's own words
On phone for over one and half hours. Talked with * different associates each one had different pricing. I wanted to upgrade current phone. Every time they transferred me to sales I got a different price. One said we are charging you a $**.** fee to upgrade. Huh? I have upgraded three times with Sprint and never had to pay a fee. At this point, I’m ready to cancel all services with Sprint. I keep getting transferred to call centers where you can’t understand them. I’ve been with Sprint for over * years, never late on a payment. Prior to Sprint I was with Verizon for ** years. Perhaps I should return. I don’t jump cell phone companies like some do, however I don’t like being treated like some indigent.
GetHuman-grymkt did not yet indicate what Sprint should do to make this right.
