I switched from Verizon to Sprint. I found a good deal online that the store, inexplicably, could not honor. So, while at the store, I ordered a new phone and plan over the phone. Afterwards, my new phone was allegedly shipped but the tracking notes say returned to sender. I cannot call because I am automatically put into a loop that tells me how to activate the new phone, which I do not have. I asked numerous times through the chat on the site for them to call me, which they have not done. I am incredibly unhappy about how all of this has been handled.
