My issue with Sprint is that I would like to get a better phone than this LG* which ***** and because I didn't know that this phone was an automatic upgrade like Samsung Galaxy phones are after a year of service and that my daughter Latrice Taylor is the primary account holdet for almost ** years and that I most "most definitely" without question haved paid and am paying my own bill every month "FAITHFULLY" won't allow me to get another phone (no please no LG*) is ridiculous because of the phone balance on this phone which is not a lease purchase like the Samsung phones she has on her account!!!!! I seriously think I want to end service with my daughter's account and go with another phone carrier!!!!!!!!!!!!!!---
