The issue in GetHuman-whyzhou's own words
I switch my cellphone to Sprint in July ****. I just noticed that I was charged twice for the first billing period, which goes from July **-August **, once on the first bill received in July and again on the second bill received in August. The two statements clearly showed that the two charges are for the same period. I have seen the same complaints from other Sprint users as well. I would like to to request a refund, or will have to pursue legal actions.
GetHuman-whyzhou did not yet indicate what Sprint should do to make this right.
