Communicate with Sprint ... Apple iPhone *s* I have been sprint customer for over a year now without any issues, that is up until recent months. Only one occasion while I take as an error on my part. I have automatic with drawl for my bill and I was unaware when I received my new debit card, financial institution, renewed date is all. Although I am on chair why I was not contacted before I was charged a two month payment, which I only owed one, but paid $***.****??* because I was told , “ that’s just how it is.” I will never understand that, regardless I paid it. Now I’m having Now I’m being overcharged, without any wrongdoing on my part. Thi this has happened once before, guess what? Yes, I overpaid. Because, according to customer service, “that’s just how it is.” Now, here again I am being overcharged. This has become an issue with me now, it is unfair. I am an honest person, I pay my bills when they’re due, and when it comes to doing business with Sprint, I’m paying money that I don’t even out, because I am told, “that’s how it is.” Is that how it is, is this an issue with customer service? Or is this the way business is done with sprint and the customers? There has been a reason this is happening because my money is in the bank every month when my bill is due. $**.**. That is how much my bill has been for over a year now. Because I paid automatic with drawl that is what I pay. Last month I seen on my bill is $** plus, I don’t know what that came from?? When I asked customer service why no one contacted me regarding my debit card and giving the new information needed, she said that he emailed me. When I asked her for my email she did not have it. How could I have been sent an email then? My phone number is easily and readily available for anyone to contact me at Sprint. Yeah I was not given a phone call. I don’t know anyone who would not want to resolve this before being charged a late fee, which I was told I was charged. Please, I am not trying to be disrespectful and anyway I have a very difficult time understanding customer service, which makes it very difficult to correspond. It is good business when he customer pays for services and it is good business when the business delivers an honest service. I’m being taken advantage of I’m now having an issue with this. I do not have money to just handover to sprint, even knowing I don’t know I still pay it. I cannot do this any longer, I find it very disrespectful to me. I am honestly expect sprint to be honest with me as well. Look at my payment history, and when you figure it out, and why my bills are so erratic contact me because this needs to be figured out because it cannot go on like this. *I would appreciate A response as soon as possible. Communicating with Sprint does not mean simply sending me an email asking if my problem was solved? This does not make good business. I pay my bill free month on time, yet *x, possibly more I have been overcharged. I suppose Sprint does not realize that this is an unfair deal. This definitely does not make good business. Wow. Sprint, do you not realize that this is an unfair deal? Being overcharged is bad enough, add the disrespect and disregard when they are overcharging me is a sad excuse for a company as large as sprint. I’m just very thankful my bank is concerned.

From the very first monthly payment began, the money has always been available. When dealing with a customer for over a year.
