I have been with Sprint for more than ** years after the merged the phone (**********) no longer worked and I spent so much time trying to resolve the issues (more than ** hrs). I cancelled my service and had overpaid and to date I have not received a refund. I am on my *rd call with Jelly and she has had me on hold now for ** min. probably will be the whole night. Don't think she'll be returning to the line. I was told by the *st call I would get a refund when it was found they sent it to the wrong address. the Second person another surpervisor said she was putting a rush and I would get my refund in * days (Nov * ****) it is no Nov ** ****. Jelly said I would get a phone call I ask why. By the way I did contact better business in Chicago. The previous agent asked me for my credit card number I said I had none so he asked for my routing number for checking. What?!!!!!
