About * years ago, I bought new phones for my husband and me. At that time we were offered a pad for free. I had no use for such a thing and refused, though they kept pushing it on me. **This week I have been trying to figure out if I could lower my bill. I was told I have been charged for a pad I don't have, and didn't sign a contract for. This is for almost two years. **I said I want it to stop, and I want my money back. I was told they would give me two months refund and end the charge. That's not good enough. I have automatic pay. I trusted you, and Sprint reached into my pocket and stole hundreds of dollars. I want it ALL back, not a token. **The man I talked to refused to give me a number where I could reach you. Please help return my money to me. I hope this is not the usual with Sprint.**Stay well.*Joanne Minsky
