It is a long story, but an easy one. I upgraded two phones on Oct *, ****. One in the Watauga TX store, the service was excellent the young man who assisted me was outstanding. This was line ***-***-****. While I was upgrading this phone number I also had my other son in the store at **** **th Ave.N. Univ Town Center, Norman OK. He was upgrading his phone ***-***-****. The store in Oklahoma would not give him the same promotion that I was getting from the TX store. They told him to sell his phone to gamestop. All this is going on while the TX sprint employee is trying to tell them the correct code for the promotion number Nope, nada can't do it. So for one phone I am paying $**.** a month, the other phone $**.**. When My son comes home from school I find out they never gave him the box for his new iphone ** ph number ***-***-****. contract number COS-L-*********. So he never received the box, the cords, the charger cube. Just a phone. He was told to come back the next day to transfer his contacts he did, the phone was there and they did nothing. at this time they knew they had the box and the contents and nothing was said or done, I find out over a week later and call the store manager,Jose he says they will fix it, the box and contents should be there. My son goes in today and no box, no new cord, no new charging cube. They gave him a non-apple cord, and a plug. I spoke with Nathan at this store this evening and he said its been two weeks now it is my son's fault. Mistakes happen, but they can be fixed, no contact was made to let us know anything had been left. This could have been easily fixed, the attitude Nathan had with me on the phone was annoying, the way my son was treated in the store was not the greatest. I have been a long time sprint customer, I have received outstanding customer service from the Watauga, Southlake, and Decatur TX stores over the years. I am truly disappointed and I would like to have this issue resolved in a positive and appropriate way. New equipment that he should have received with his phone and the correct promotional plan that was offered and denied because it was *:** p.m. in the evening and they closed at *:** p.m..
