We have been billed since **** for * extra phones and * lines that we did not ask for. My son told them he did not want them at all. I notice our bill getting more expensive so he called again and they told him we were paying for * extra phones and * lines, when in fact he didn't agree on. So they said they would cancel in **** but again we were charged for the * extra lines and * extra phones until I called and and they told me we were still paying for total of * lines with * extra phones so they never ever canceled them until now. It's been since **** we have been paying this. So i want a refund of money back for your mistake. I don't want a credit on my bill I want money back. Just as you took our money that is what we want back. Please resolve this quickly. Thank you
