I am trying to swap the phones they sent me to the galaxy * plus or a note ** ... I am a new customer and I got treated poorly and when I first order my phones it was on October * and didn’t get the phones they sent on October ** remind you I first ordered the Samsung galaxy *plus they sent Samsung galaxy * I told the rep in sales that I didn’t want the Samsung galaxy * I wanted the plus they know because when I first ordered I said I like phones with big screens so I am tired of being lied to and a lot of promises was being made the customer service is poor I talked to a lot of reps and I am getting sent to different departments still didn’t get no where I should not be going through this as a new new customer I should be treated fairly all I want was the right phones and problem resolve I should not have to go through hoops to get it:and they were asking for another down payment which I already made a down payment in the first place
I am speaking with different people every time I call and they are connecting me to different departments that’s even more frustrating and more headache ** and still not resolved.
I want sprint to make it right by showing our customers that we are number one and be treated fairly and also I just want you to give me a good deal
I feel I am a good customer I am patience I Even left a good carrier that I was previously with to come with y’all if this is not resolved quickly I’m going back!!!
