I have had numerous issues since i originally switched from verizin to sprint less then * months ago. I have spent hours on phone * weeks daily at one point and * hours at store in one day. I have had to go with out a phone for ** days when sprint said it would be most **hrs. Everytime i have an issue and call to fix i end up with * more. Right now my bill is wrong and i realized there is a *rd device i never had that im paying for and my bill has doubled. I have lost hours at work as well as time spent with family for * months because sprint cannot figure out what they did wrong. This is unnacceptable.
GetHuman-reptilez did not yet indicate what Sprint Corporate Care should do to make this right.
