The issue in GetHuman-ocpinky's own words
I paid off my leased phone and cancelled my service on the day the invoice was due. I called customer service within ** minutes of cancellation and pay off of the phone. I was told by the store rep that the phone lock would be with in a few minutes. That’s no true the customer service rep told me Takes ** to ** hours. She would forward to the office that handles that. Now I’m told that I owe for the previous month, which would have been February and March. And that was the bill that was due in March. So what they are telling me is that you bill for the last month, not the month coming up. So I think that is so nice of you to let me use the phone and your service for the months prior for free! Lol. The last customer service was rude. I have asked several times to speak to a supervisor and they either transfer me to another custom rep or say the supervisor is busy. I was also told that once the phone was paid off I could go where ever I wanted by store rep and customer service rep. One said I should have been transferred to the cancellation dept. Do you even have a cancellation dept? The phone is still on and I don’t know why
