On March *nd **** my debit card was charged $***.** by Sprint Contract Finance.*I do not nor have i had an account with Sprint since **** when I sold their phones and service.*This is total fraud**I can not get a live peeson to help me.*Their recorded line in rheir fraud department tells me.to contact my financial institution while my financial institution tells me to contact Sprint for a refund.*I cant even find out what the charges is for, who made charges or why?*I have been getting the run around foe about * days now and am so fws up and frustrated i want to scream.*Speint dis not have any authorization.*I just want my money back.*I survive on a limited income. Sprint took almost *** of my money.*I am unable to.pay rent or any other bills because of this*Please please help

Talked with a billing specialist ( Lashwanda) and was told would be refunded the amount in full within * business days.*Well is been * business days . Its been that (as of today) Still mo refund
