My husband got a new Samsung Note* in October **** and we both took out new service with Sprint. We were told we would have signal where we lived but it did not work out. We returned the phone and cancelled ** days into the ** day trial. A few weeks later we had $****.** taken out of our bank for the phone because they had no record of us returning it. Which we did. I had the store call and verify that we did. But as a result of Sprints delay in processing the return, and them taking out the money, it cost me * overdraft fees, totaling $***.**. It also put me in a bad situation with my bank. Sprint should pay me for those fees, cause it was their fault it happened. I emailed Michael Combs, CEO on ******* but have not heard anything, Which is bad service on management level.
GetHuman-mojonov did not yet indicate what Sprint Corporate Care should do to make this right.
