I have been a LOYAL customer since **** and I have * lines currently and pay my bill on time. I have been charged $** a month for * subsidized lines since July **** until today. I was NEVER informed of the subsidized fees on phones I paid for and I'm charged to use phones I paid for with out being informed. That's a total of $*** and all I got credited for this underhanded tactic is $*** credit wouldn't have been given if Sprint didn't feel they did something wrong and I'm now in position to take all my lines to another carrier other than T-moble. I would like the $*** full payment returned. I didn't include my primary number ********** had subsidized charges also. I would like to stay a Sprint customer but this unacceptable and changed my view of this company. ********** and ********** is the lines that was charged the subsidized fees.
GetHuman-byjonu did not yet indicate what Sprint Corporate Care should do to make this right.
