Trying to get a different phone with no results ... My family and I signed up for new service in July. I wanted the Kyocera Duraforce Pro * phone. I was told it was not available. I went back to try and get it, and was told it was still not available. When I went back a third time, I was told that it was too late to switch as I was past the ** day period. I wanted that phone due to the durability. I have broken this Samsung Galaxy S* phone * times since I have gotten it. Now the front and the back are both shattered. I have an appointment to have it fixed tomorrow, but I would rather have the Kyocera phone that I originally wanted, but was unable to get. I have been told that I have to wait for another year to get the phone that I originally wanted when I first signed up. There has got to be something you that someone can do for me. I guarantee you that I will break this phone Samsung phone again, and I will end up having to fix it again. Someone please reach out to me.
This is not the phone I wanted when I signed up, and I kept getting the run around when I went to see about getting the Kyocera phone
Make it so that I can get the phone I wanted originally.
* months as a new customer. Not really happy at the moment.
I have spoken with reps on the phone, and reps in the store to no avail.
