My name is marlon Gray, I returned an I phone * months ago, and I’m still being charged for it. Ive called several times to sprint and I keep getting told that $***.** will come off my account right away but it has not happened yet. I’m getting the run around every time I call. I’ve been told that it shows the phone is in the warehouse and they see that it is. But no one will take the $***.** of my account after telling me it will happen right away. I was told someone would call me right away to resolve this matter, I’ve yet to hear from anyone. I was told it was escalated * days ago, then I just got off the phone * mins ago and I was told that the phone isn’t in the warehouse. The guy was very rude and not helpful at all. I can be reached at ***-***-****. The phone was returned * months ago.
