I attempted to upgrade my daughters phone on the Thursday prior to Christmas with the intent of having it delivered prior to Christmas Day. I was unable to complete the transaction online and it directed me to call sprint. I called sprint and was unable to complete the transaction after spending hours, nearly * hours on the phone and multiple attempts at the transaction. **The reason sprint gave me that the transaction would not go through was due to a Saline Michigan address and zip code being attached to the billing information and that conflicted with my credit card billing address. I have never lived in Saline Mi., nor had any bills sent to my there. There is no legitimate reason for sprint to have any saline address associated with my account. This was a sprint created problem.**When we finally got to a place where we felt the trabsaction could be completed, the time frame for having it deliver had passed and I would no longer be able to have the new phone for my daughter on Christmas morning. **My frustrations were elevated by the fact that my call was dropped at least three times and the process had to be started over from scratch because sprint does not have a way for me to be back directly to the representative I had been using. **I no longer had patience to deal with the issue as it was late at night and I was very frustrated. The representative offered to have someone call me the next day. I explained that I was working overtime all weekend due to the holiday and would only have a very narrow window to speak with someone but I would make time for the call at noon.**The next day the call did not come until approximately *:** pm and I could not take time to try to resolve the issue from scratch with a new Sprint representative. **I returned to the task today, ****** and am now three phone calls in and am approaching * hours of phone time and have no resolution. The primary reason for this is the same incentives that I was trying to take advantage we’re no longer available to me. **I was speaking with Teresa out of Kansas City who was doing a wonderful job and guess what.....another dropped phone call. She stated she would call back so I waited and got no call back. So I called the same number back and specifically asked for her and was told they could not get me to her. Now I am waiting on hold AGAIN for a supervisor to expedite a resolution. **** minutes into my return call IT WAS DROPPED AGAIN!**Why do I have to reinvent the wheel with a new representative every time Sprints crappy service drops my call? Why do I continue to pay sprint for crappy cellular service AND a terrible customer service model? From a strict business sense, the representatives who work for you have wasted the same amount of time as I have trying to resolve a problem created by erroneous billing information sprint allowed to corrupt my account in the first place.**Your representatives take notes, surely the contact information for the last representative I spoke to is available to them. Why can’t I simply be connected to the same agent so I am not inconvenienced any more than is necessary. The call was dropped due to any failure on my part, why must I be forced to go through this every time your system fails?
