When I upgraded my phones I went online and took advantage of your buy one get one I phone free deal with a new line. Instead of adding a line someone put the free phone on an existing line that was ported to another company so they tried to charge me for the full price of the phone i was told the only way i could fix it was by returning the phones and buying them again but i would have to wait for the refund. Fine I did that I was refunded and then charged for the same refund. This blows my mind how can you refund me for phones I returned and charge me after I went in store and paid for the phones again???? I argue this point for over * weeks on phone calls for hours with every person vowing to fix the problem and never doing so it is inconvenient exhausting and ridiculous. I just gave in and paid the entire bill which included the refund earlier than the due date of the **th. So as of ****** my balance due with you is $*. I look today and its saying I owe *** something due on the **th HOW ON THE **TH. My BALANCE WAS $* I look back at the payment I made on the **th of $*** and it has taken out a charge for the refund so it says my payment was $*** now my account says I owe *** on ***** how on *** I owed $* I have dealt with tmobile Verizon even cricket sprint is the most time consuming dishonest company I have ever dealt with its ridiculous no one should have to pay their hard earned money for this type of service if I could go back I would've cancelled while I could!!!
