I get lied to by a rep in a store. I called the manager and the rep got a disciplinary action but me the ** year long customer has gotten nothing but charged played and lied to. I honesley so done with sprint. I am calling the bbb FCC and the attorney general's office. I know asking for a supervisor and being placed on hold for over and hour is ********. They didnt wanna help me!!!!! I call get told one thing call back get another. Which is illegal. You cant tell the customer one thing then another. Calls are recorded. I said this to the lady and said I'd like to talk to a supervisor. Over an hour I waited. I pay you to stress me out and lie to me. You all should be ashamed of yourselves but you dont care other wise I wouldnt be going threw this ******** sence september !! I have screen shots of the time I waited cause the woman knew she was WRONG. But me the customer can feel hopeless and get nothing for the non sence immature ******** your employees do. Flagged my account. One rep said " oh I have to transfer you it says on your account " like a snooty brat. Do you guys employee some petty middle schoolers in your finance dept ???? Sure seems like it. I bet verizon would love a loyal customer. Sprint sure dont.
